2. Budget Meetings-New IOC Requirement
All club Presidents and treasurers need to meet with allocations committee next week. Sign up times in CESL on Erin Howle's Door (starting Friday pm)
3. Workshop Series 2: Budgeting Activity!
Lower budgets mean stricter criteria for events. This activity will help your club to accomplish the same goals for events while making them more open and less expensive.
4. New Handout I -Advertising Ideas (from Wellsley's SGA...see Documents Page)
Cheap and effective advertising will make your events more well attended. Each IOC member think of three new advertising ideas

1. Student Organization Registration Form
Due January 27th-No exceptions. The purpose is to create a database of all active campus organizations. Form is needed to receive a budget from SGA.
2. Extra IOC Manuals
Every club only needs one manual, and they are different from last years with all updated information, Please see Erin for extras if your club didn't participate in Leadership Transition.
3. Student Activities Room
A mural project is in the works with SGA exec to fix the vandalism problem. In the future, clubs may be charged to use storage space in the SAR.
4. Check to make sure the IOC outlook calendar is working.
5. Budgets
Budget proposals are due in February, and Treasurer's meeting will be announced soon. Look for dates.
6. Workshops for IOC
Other campuses have workshops in their inter-organizational meetings like budgeting, advertising, meeting skills, etc. ASC may start this practice in the near future.
