Q: Which clubs are represented at IOC?

A: The IOC is comprised of registered student organizations, or organizations that have turned in a SORF (Student Organization Registration Form,) and that will be getting a budget from SGA.

Q: What happens if I miss a meeting?

A: Clubs are permitted one missed meeting per semester before penalties are taken out of their budget. If the IOC rep is unable to make a meeting, it is perfectly OK to send another club member to represent the organization.

Q: How do I get a budget?

A: Once you are approved by Senate as a registered organization, and keep up with the requirements (listed below), you must submit a budget proposal to the SGA Treasurer by the deadline. The Allocations committee will meet to review your proposed budget and return the approved version by the last IOC meeting of the spring semester.

These are the requirements clubs must meet in order to get a budget:
1. Be an approved organization (by Senate)

2. Turn in a S.O.R.F. (Student Organization Registration Form) every semester

3. Attend all IOC meetings (one absence is permitted)

4. Complete necessary Community service requirements (see IOC manual)

5. Submit budget by the deadline (Final Deadline for 2009: March 6)
